The Kingdom of the Netherlands-Grant Arrangement in amount of Euro 420.000

The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the BiH Ministry of Finance and Treasury are pleased to announce the signing of a Grant Arrangement, amounting to Euro 420.000.

This Grant Arrangement will support the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH in strengthening its capacities through implementation of two projects:

 - Development of an Integrated, Functional and Transparent Public Investment Management Information System at the Sector for the Co-ordination of International Economic Aid; and

- Development of Recording and Reporting Software in relation to Signed International Agreements at the Sector for Relations with Financial Institutions.

Both projects will have been implemented by the end of 2012.

This is a second support of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH.

This grant has been awarded in the context of the World Bank constituency group to which Bosnia and Herzegovina belongs and which is led by the Netherlands. Considering the ties between the two countries in this international framework, the continuation of this kind of cooperation is expected in the coming years.
